THE RETREAT
This 4-day and 3-night intimate retreat is in beautiful Mendocino County, California. Led by a team of uniquely talented teachers and wellness experts.
The location a health-centered permaculture homestead surrounded by healthy old-growth forest systems, water flowing out of the ground, and a diverse thriving ecosystem.
Relax and recharge in cabins and yurts connected by trails and old growth trees along a wild creek with rich wildlife.
Enjoy a weekend immersed in nature, unreached by light pollution, cellphone reception, and any of today's common pollutants, where you can enjoy clear skies and unbelievable starry nights.

Herbal Self-Care: Body Scrub Making & Herbal Foot Baths
Engage your senses and deepen your connection to your wild self through herbal nourishment and self-care. We will mindfully play with flowers, salts, aromatic, and infused oils with an intentional salt scrub. Enjoy a soothing foot soak to nourish your wild feet. Experience the magic of sisterhood self-care as we receive nourishment together and witness each other surrendering into deeper healing and connections.

Yin Yoga
Gently bring up what is stored in the body for transmutation. Incorporate the practice of dhyana (focus), as we utilize the nature around us to bring our focus into one point. We will bring deep awareness to certain points of the body.
Cultivate a heightened awareness and feel in control of your surroundings while subtly testing your openness and trust.

Sound Baths & Sound Healing
Enjoy a sound bath with singing bowls surrounded by the warm embrace of wildlife all around you. Also soak in an ocean drum sound healing to release and wash away the stagnant energies.

Explore the magical world of Plant Spirit Medicine. Learn how to connect to the life essence of plants and open your senses to receive messages from the spirits residing on the lands. We will connect specifically to Oak Medicine, a magnificent essence that connects us to our inner rebirthing and growth cycles as well as ancestral healing medicine.

Then a beautiful 3.5 hour drive to property. Ukiah is the closest town with all the services you will need.
Goldencup Homestead Wilderness
Golden Cup Homestead is a spiritual and health retreat center; a farm, a forest, a stunning example of ecological design principles.
Nestled in the rolling hills of Mendocino County, Northern California, it extends over 120 acres of diverse forests and Oak Savannah with mature Redwoods, old-growth Douglas Fir, Manzanita, Madrone, and California Bays.
The pristine air and pure water flow from our creek, wells, and year-round artesian springs.
Golden Cup Homestead is a faith-based, family environment proud to host individuals, families, groups, or small communities seeking intentional living, and a supportive environment to welcome transformation into their life.
Pristine environment: no pollutants from city, fumes, EMFs, radiation, no pesticides, GMO's. High honor and respect for the land.
Summer will bring abundant food in our orchards and gardens. Perfect time for a cleanse. A lot of farm and forest activity & unbelievable night skies.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Choose from a private or shared dwelling. A rustic outdoor environment with clean & modest dwellings inside.
Modest hiking to and from all dwellings and workshops/classes.
No cell reception. We will be remote! Wi-Fi available.
Dwellings include Queen beds, kitchen spaces, mini-refrigerators, outdoor grills, stoves, tea kettles, pots and pans, coffee makers, and electricity.
Showers are gorgeous outdoors and toilets are outdoor compostable units. Guests will be orientated to toilers and showers.
FOOD
Our Ayurvedic chef Annalise will be preparing us nourishing vegetarian dinners daily.
Participants will bring their own breakfasts and lunches. (Refrigerators, grills, kettles, and coffee makers are available.)

From the San Francisco allow 3 hours to drive North to the town of Ukiah, and 45 minutes from Ukiah to the Golden Cup Homestead.

Shared or private accommodations (queen or double bed in dwellings). 4-Day & 3-night retreat in secluded off-grid permaculture homestead property near the Redwood Coast of Northern California
Daily Dinners (breakfast and lunch are packed in, all lodging have a fridge and kitchen.

NOTE: Mystic Gardens Women’s Wilderness Retreat is NOT personal therapy or a detoxification program from recreational or pharmaceutical drugs.
Most of our leaders are not trained psychiatrists and do not carry clinical backgrounds in PTSD, addiction or other mental health concerns. If you have a history of PTSD, addiction or other mental health concerns, it is important that you arrive at our program in a stable state with the intention of using the program for self regulation, personal healing, respectful community, & spiritual growth

Traveling From Far?
Ladies who fly in to join this amazing experience will be provided Yoga supplies. Because breakfasts and lunches must be packed in (all participants will have a fridge), Ukiah is the location to shop for food and is only about half an hour from the retreat property.
